Mercure Jakarta Sabang

I was there for work, and the meeting rooms were fine. They even brought extra snacks for everyone in the meetings, bakso and cilok kuah in the afternoon. The gym is on the small side, but adequate. Breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were lovely. Kak Dede, thanks for all your recommendations! The traditional jams were especially good. My room was spacious enough for two people, and I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Sabang.

Vica from the Front Office was friendly, professional, and efficient when I checked in and out. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with dependable WiFi that worked for my job. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good range of choices. I was at Mercure Jakarta Sabang on a business trip representing Nusa Halmahera Minerals. The location is convenient for corporate travel, and I'd happily stay there again.

I ordered a poke bowl with fresh tuna and salmon, plus beef teriyaki. The delivery was left outside, and no one called to say it had arrived. When I went down to ask, nobody knew where it was. It sat outside for over an hour, and I had to come back down a second time before anyone found it. A staff member made some calls on the walkie-talkie, then pointed to the door and told me to collect it myself. That's where my food had been left. Where's the hospitality? Not at this hotel. Instead of eating safely in my room, I was heading across the street to find something else when a motorcycle hit me. Now I need stitches and am at the hospital.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, and Hayin was caring enough to make me tea. Everyone made me feel noticed and greeted me with a smile. I really recommend this hotel.
