Meriton Boutique Hotel

We had trouble parking, and even as hotel guests we had to pay for it. The location is strategic and near PRJ, though pharmacies and Indomaret are far away. Room 407 was really bad, so don't choose it. Luckily, we moved to another room. The first room was small and not clean, with a small bed. At least it had hot water.

The room was fine and clean, but the service and hospitality let it down. Staff weren't professional, breakfast wasn't ready on time, and they weren't dressed well. Really disappointing.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Even when other rooms were vacant, they refused to move me after I had an issue with my room. The management was poor and stubborn. The rooms are cramped even for one person, the AC was noisy, and I couldn't sleep for three nights. There was no hot water either. They charged 540000 for Saturday and Sunday, and 250000 on another day, which felt expensive for a place with no amenities. I eventually moved to a decent budget hotel in mangga besar for 235000, breakfast included, and got a spacious room.

They accepted my booking, but when I arrived at check-in time they said the hotel was full and had no room for me. I asked for a refund and couldn't get one. Instead, they sent me to a lower branch with no parking access, a dirty room, and poor service. In the middle of the night, they asked me to move my car, saying I hadn't told them I checked in with one. I asked again for a refund so I could find another hotel, but they still wouldn't provide it. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.
