The room was dirty, with cigarette butts around, and there was no soap or toothbrush. The AC was running but the room stayed hot, and the TV was switched off. In Jakarta, I wouldn't recommend Oyo hotels based on this experience. The receptionists were cheeky, and when I paid through the app they asked for extra money, saying they no longer had a partnership with LG.

I never stayed there, but I still lost money. I booked three rooms through Agoda and paid by credit card, then security told me on the booking date that they no longer accepted online bookings. I paid 200,000 Rupiah in person, and the card charge stayed on my account for over a month.

At 150K a night, paying through the app still means they'll ask you to pay the difference. There was no blanket, toiletries, or doormat, and the bedside table was dirty.

They wanted another 50 thousand on top of the 100 thousand price, saying the owner required it. The location was unclear, there were no towels, soap, or WiFi, and the AC wasn't cold. The TV only had one channel.

There wasn't even a mirror or doormat, and no toiletries or WiFi either. The AC didn't work right. The room itself was dirty and smelled like cigarettes, and the price on the app didn't match what they charged on site.
