Room 905. I stayed for a week at a reasonable price, cheap, I’d say, for a 2 BR with a pantry and living room. It’s easy to reach the highway and close to a shopping mall, hypermart, and the Transjakarta shuttle, all about a five-minute walk. Rawa Buaya train station is nearby too, and the airport is close. A Grab car cost me about 66K. Buzz me if you need the owner's contact information.

The Alfamart and de Spoon restaurant are convenient, but the pool is often unkempt. Sometimes only one of the four lifts is working, and there aren’t enough parking spots for the number of units in the building. The apartment and balcony are much larger than at nearby Puri Parkview. Prices have gone up significantly since The Windsor & St Moritz were recently added.

It’s near mall puri. Renting a three-bedroom apartment costs around 65-76 million rupiah. There’s also a swimming pool, gym center, atm center, and stores such as alfamidi.

Many malls, a traditional market, hospital, school, and gym are very close by. Most useful of all, it takes only about 20 minutes to get to the airport.
