The receptionist was nice, especially Abang Alfian, who was really helpful whenever I needed him. The place is close to stadium bung karno, which is convenient, but it’s noisy because there’s a club nearby. I don’t know why the owner hasn’t complained about the noise, since clubs are supposed to have soundproofing.

The room was clean and worked well for a transit stay. It’s in the middle of a residential neighborhood with narrow lanes, tucked behind Beer Hall. That gives SCBD a somewhat more homey feel.

The staff are really friendly. Just be a social person and say hello first. The location is close to SCBD, about a 5-15 minute walk, so there’s no need to order a motorcycle or car. Walking is better for your health, even though you have to enter through a narrow alley. For an affordable price, you get a standard room. I found ants in one of the power sockets, but it didn’t bother me. A spray cleaner took care of them. They serve fried rice for breakfast every day. I got bored of it, but I ate because I was hungry.

The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay, and the location makes it easy to reach offices, malls, and places to eat. MK House SCBD is right in the heart of Jakarta's SCBD area, convenient for both work and leisure. My room was spacious, well appointed, and had modern amenities, making for a comfortable stay. It’s a great option if you want to be centrally located and have comfort and convenience.
