We left straight away. The room was broken and dirty, with stained linen and a bathroom that wasn't clean enough to use. Even a gas station toilet is way much better. The hotel was dark, the parking lot was messy, no lamps were on, and the lift/elevator was very dark. The door looked like someone had punched it. There were many people around the hotel moving suspiciously. The receptionist was pretty friendly, though. Total scam, the worst hotel I've ever experienced.

The room has an incredible view through its wide window, and the mattress is soft. For the price, the rooms are pretty good, and the service is good too. The hotel is in a strategic location in Tanah Abang. Cleanliness needs improvement, though: I found trash and cigarette ash in the drawer.

The room felt like stepping into an 80s horror movie. The door was broken, the sheets were dirty, and the curtains were ripped. Even the TV was stained, and the toilets were filthy. Nothing like what I expected or what the listing showed.

The receptionist was kind and helpful, but the hotel itself was in terrible shape. Cockroaches were everywhere, and the rooms and floors were dirty. The mattress, sheets, and bathroom were stained and awful. The online photos look nothing like the actual place.

10/10
The room was cozy and clean, and the toilet was too. The service was good, and both the receptionists and other workers were friendly. Tanah Abang market is close enough to reach on foot in under five minutes. The security staff outside should follow their example.
