Very unprofessional. I had booked through Oyo, but when I arrived they said they’d separated from Oyo and made me pay outside the app. They should have sorted out their admin issues. I’d look somewhere else.

The pillows and sheets smelled musty, and the blanket was dirty. I’d already paid through Oyo, but when I arrived they said the price was wrong and made me pay extra to get the room.

Good evening. I want to make a complaint: we booked and paid for rooms through pegi-pegi, and the transfer went through. We had the receipts and payment records, but the agent at DE Royal Sentra Timur wouldn’t let us stay, saying OYO had unpaid debts. We feel we were treated unfairly, and there may be many others affected. Please follow this up.
