The location is excellent, the apartment is good, and the facilities are fairly complete. But security needs better oversight. One guard has flirted with my close friend and sometimes catcalls her, making her uncomfortable. He has even told her he likes her. This behavior falls within the definition of sexual harassment.
I spent 4 days in a clean, comfortable unit on the 30th floor. The apartment is quiet, even though it's in a busy, packed area. There are two types of swimming pools on the 1st floor, plus kids' play areas. On the 2nd floor there's a fairly small gym and a prayer room. The complicated door lock, which uses long number codes, was a surprise. I couldn't memorize them, and it took me a while to get inside. It may be safer, but it's inconvenient. If you don't have a vehicle and use nearby public transport, the nearest bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. That stop isn't disability friendly yet, with the older stairs-style access. I couldn't see Jak Lingko around here, though maybe I'm just not familiar with the area. That's all I can say.
I've been here for more than 4 years. It's a comfortable place to stay and very quiet.
I rented a nice appartement for two years. The employees are polite and correct.
