Novotel Jakarta Cikini Hotel

The team made this short stay especially good. Duty Manager Pak Arie and Tasya at the Front Office helped a lot when I ran into a small problem in my room. Wayan was attentive and friendly at lunch, and the Lobby Lounge barista, whose name I didn't catch, was warm and helpful as well. I picked Novotel Jakarta Cikini while attending Eid Prayer at Masjid Raden Saleh. My room was spacious, nicely designed, and had an artsy feel. The welcome amenities were a thoughtful touch. It's an excellent hotel, and I'd return.

Our child's second birthday at Novotel became a memory we'll treasure. We've stayed at many hotels, but hadn't felt this kind of genuine care for our family before. Agatha and Adel from the Guest Experience team made the room feel special with magical birthday touches. Dea made sure it was comfortable down to every detail, and we felt like a royal family in a palace. Wisnu welcomed us warmly at check-in and sent us off kindly at checkout. Thank you, Novotel, for making the occasion so meaningful. It was more than a hotel stay for us. Highly recommended for heartfelt service, and we'd love to return.

The location worked well for me, near Cikini train station and Taman Ismail Marzuki. I arrived quite late, around 10 PM, but check-in was smooth and they helped unwrap my luggage. My executive room was spacious and well equipped. I appreciated the welcome amenities and letter, plus the note explaining the membership benefits. Breakfast was delicious, with a good range of Indonesian, Western, and Arabic dishes. The restaurant had a nice ambience and helpful staff. The person at the little gourmet bar was kind and quick too. A memorable stay.

I spent New Year's Eve here and extended my stay to four nights. The room was great, neat and tidy, and the food was tasty. The location is right in the middle of Jakarta. Ms. Amel kindly helped arrange a birthday surprise for me. I'll stay here again next time.
