Novotel Jakarta Mangga Dua Square Hotel

Mangga Dua markets are close by, so the location was very convenient. Breakfast was pretty good too, with enough variety for a few days. For the price, the Jacuzzi Suite was a good deal. I liked having the jacuzzi, even though I only used it once, and the semi-balcony doors opened to let fresh air in and make the room feel more open. I stayed four nights at Novotel Mangga Dua. The room was modern enough and generally comfortable, and things were in decent condition, though there was a slight musty smell, probably from the carpets. Nothing stood out as a major issue. It was a good, reasonably priced stay with a few minor flaws, solid rather than exceptional.

The location was convenient for food, shopping, and popular North Jakarta attractions, with restaurants and local food nearby as well as malls and entertainment spots. Rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the friendly, professional staff made check-in through checkout smooth. Novotel Hotel Mangga Dua is a comfortable choice for a family or business stay near Mangga Dua. I'd happily stay here again.

I spent 21 days here on a business stay. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and management did a fantastic job helping with meeting rooms and printing. The overall experience was good. Breakfast wasn't the best. The two small commercial coffee machines often broke or had issues, and weren't suited to the 300 people using them each morning. If you asked, though, the staff would accommodate you by making coffee at the lounge bar. Try the Djakarta cocktail too!

The hotel is comfortable and very nice, with a good location near tourist attractions and shopping centers. I also want to thank Yordan, the customer service representative, and Bayo, the duty manager. I left some belongings at the hotel, and they contacted me and sent them to my new accommodation. Wonderful service.
