PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Jakarta

The room was the one part I found cramped, especially the cheapest type. With my XL suitcases, unpacking was difficult, and there wasn’t a luggage rack. The only mirror was in the toilet, so a long mirror in the wardrobe would be useful for checking an outfit head to toe. Those are minor improvements some guests may not mind, and the amenities were top notch and good quality. We stayed five nights with family. The hotel is well placed, about a five minute walk to Grand Indonesia mall and close to Thamrin. On arrival, staff warmly greeted our group of 11 and handled our bags carefully. I lost my luggage tag, and one staff member even contacted me to say he’d bring it to my room. At breakfast, Khalis and Dede were attentive and friendly, offering coffee and tea, and saying I could order another coffee to go. I’d stay here again if I visit Jakarta.

The room was spacious, modern, comfortable, and really well designed, and the staff were warm, attentive, and professional throughout. Service was consistently excellent. I stayed two nights and, as a GHA Discovery Titanium member, was a little disappointed not to get an upgrade. In my experience, I usually receive upgrades at other GHA Discovery properties. The recognition was polite, but the elite benefit felt a bit underwhelming this time, and some room types apparently don’t get upgrades.

Mr. Aditya, the Head Concierge, and his team made a real difference. They were friendly and attentive, and went out of their way to print some important travel documents for us. The breakfast buffet was another bright spot, with lots of tasty hot dishes and sweet treats for different tastes. We enjoyed a stylish, comfortable apartment with high-end amenities, in a prime spot near Bundaran HI. The five-star infrastructure impressed us too. The internet sometimes struggled, especially while connected to the HD TV, which was disappointing given the high-end appliances.

The friendliness, respect, and professionalism were steady from the porters and concierge to reception, housekeeping, and breakfast lounge staff. Everyone seemed to put real care into their work, always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help. We never had a frown, complaint, or unfriendly interaction, and the whole team made us feel comfortable and appreciated. I stayed at PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Jakarta on 7-8 May 2026, and it was honestly one of my best hospitality experiences.
