After two weeks, the hotel called immigration on me, and officers inspected my room. I felt violated and unsafe, so I left as soon as I could afford to go elsewhere. That came after a confusing check-in where the receptionists briefly kept my phone, and a deluxe room that was basic and had a constant toilet smell. During my 23 nights there, room service was so poor I had to ask in person for fresh bedsheets. As someone who travels around the world a lot, I’d strongly advise against this hotel. It was my worst experience in a year of traveling in Asia.

The staff had a bad attitude and acted like robots. Whatever we asked, the answer was no, followed by “we’re not the owner.”

There’s no breakfast at this hotel, and the air conditioner wasn’t very cool. It wasn’t what I expected.

There were stains everywhere, and the place was very dirty. We stayed only five hours and left as soon as the sun came up. What a nightmare. Treat yourself better and sleep somewhere else.
