PLAZA 54 RESIDENCE felt warm and comfortable from the moment I checked in. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the polite staff were attentive and ready to help. I appreciated the hospitality and the care they showed guests. It’s conveniently located, with what you need close by, and worked well for both a short visit and longer-term living. Thanks for a pleasant stay. I’d confidently recommend PLAZA 54 RESIDENCE to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable place in Jakarta.

I’ve stayed here a few times. The location is good, the room is spacious and cozy, and there’s a big wardrobe and a refrigerator. Monthly rent is almost half the daily rate. The shower is a disaster, and cleanliness could be better, especially the towels, pillows, and sheets. The check-in and checkout rules are strict: arriving even 10 minutes before 2pm costs 100k, and there’s the same charge for leaving after 12pm.

The utensils in the room were a real plus. We could bring food in from outside and eat comfortably in the room, on the floor, or at a table in the public area. The pantry also has a water dispenser, stove, and microwave for guests to use sensibly. For privacy, ask for a room with a window facing outside the building. There are plenty of food stalls nearby, and ITC Kuningan, Ambassador Mall, Kuningan City, and Lotte Avenue are close, just across the road. There’s also a working fitness room on the Ground/Basement floor. I was bothered by the lack of a door sign for “Do Not Disturb/Please Make Up.” I was showering when staff knocked to clean the room and didn’t hear them. Luckily, the latch was on and they couldn’t come in. It would’ve been awful to face staff while wearing minimal clothing.

They wouldn’t let me check out at 1 pm without paying another $20 usd, and even when the room was ready they wouldn’t allow check-in four minutes before 2 pm. The owner is very stingy with toilet paper too, what they provide feels like rough A4 paper. The room was clean enough, but not especially clean. Housekeeping missed hair and hadn’t washed the bathroom properly. The bed and pillows had stains all over them. For more than $25 usd, you can find better places.
