The twin room was lovely, with warm water and a nice view, and I'd be happy to come back. Thanks to all the staff, especially Ms. Lisa at the front desk, who was so kind and welcoming.

The staff were all really friendly, and the room was very clean. The bathroom is separated off with glass. Pasar Baru is only about a two-minute walk away. They also have laundry charged by weight, and motorcycle parking is in the basement.

For a short visit, the hotel's location works well. The room supplies were less satisfactory: there wasn't a water heater or shower gel, the bathroom had no hair dryer, and there weren't enough hangers in the closet. During my six nights, housekeeping left one pair of slippers on the first day and never replaced or refreshed them. That felt inattentive to guest comfort and cleanliness. I hope management takes this feedback on board and improves the service and in-room facilities.

The room was affordable for a few nights, but the parking area is quite small. If you're coming by car, you might have to get lucky to find a space.
