Pullman Jakarta Central Park

Breakfast was a real highlight, with a fresh, well-prepared spread ranging from Indonesian dishes to Western options. The pool and gym were solid for a quick recharge, and the pool had a relaxed feel even in the middle of the city. Pullman Jakarta Central Park is a convenient choice for business or a quick getaway, and felt reliable and comfortable during my stay. The hotel balances modern luxury with real comfort. It's right in Central Park Mall, so food, shopping, and entertainment are just steps away, which helps if you want to avoid too much Jakarta traffic. The room was clean, artsy, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable bed, good lighting, lots of charging spots, a spacious, well-kept bathroom, and large windows with a nice city view at night. Staff were warm, attentive, and quick to help without hovering. Check-in and check-out were smooth, which made for a good start and finish.

The breakfast buffet was the standout for me, with a wide range of choices for different tastes and a great way to start each morning. Pullman Jakarta Central Park also has a distinctive character that sets it apart from the usual business hotel. I'd recommend it to leisure or business travelers looking for something a little different in Jakarta.

The staff made the stay feel welcoming. Ms. Fika, the Manager on Duty at check-in, was professional and warm, Mas Fajar provided attentive service at breakfast, and Ms. Mutiara was kind when serving the welcome drink at Bunk Lounge & Bar. Check-in and checkout were smooth and efficient. Pullman Jakarta Central Park is modern and well maintained, with direct access to the mall for convenient dining and shopping. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was enjoyable. I had a very satisfying stay and would gladly come back.

A lovely property, but the service felt unprofessional. The front desk was understaffed and had no service bell, and customer service there seemed short on supervision and training. No one noticed when the guest queue had been waiting for more than five minutes, and there wasn’t enough staff to ease the check-in line. For a five-star property, it felt like budget-friendly self-service, or no service at all. It didn’t reflect an upper-tier Accor property. I also wondered whether foreign guests might be treated differently. Book and stay at your own risk.
