Ratana Cengkareng

The room was comfortable and clean. At night, lots of people sell food near Alfamart.

I've stayed at the Ratana Hotel twice. In Room No. 503, the room was neat and the AC was cold, but the Wi-Fi sometimes went out. There was a doormat, though trash near the toilet needs attention. Please fix the shower, it's seriously difficult to use, and repair the broken sink and slightly damaged room door. Also, please wash or replace the sheets. 🙏 I hope the room gets fixed so future customers won't be disappointed. Thank you.

After 3 days and 2 nights, the bed bugs were the biggest problem by far. I was really disappointed to find the bed infested. The room itself was small, and the hot water wasn't enough. On the plus side, the place was quiet, the staff were friendly, and the sharia-compliant design made it feel safe. The AC was cold, Wi-Fi was fast, and there were refillable water gallons. Restaurants and minimarkets were nearby, parking was ample for cars and motorcycles, and the motorcycles were chained up at night. Late checkout was also available for an affordable extra fee.

I couldn't sleep because there were so many fleas on the mattress. It was really annoying and felt dirty.
