The staff were helpful, and the location is strategic, with a low price. Hot water came through the shower well almost anytime, and the bathroom was clean. The TV connects to wifi, too. A few things need attention: some tiles need a deep clean, parts of the wall need repainting, and the bathroom bin should be replaced because it’s dirty. They should also put a bin and some tissue in the room.

The check-in cutoff is 23.59 WIB, and I couldn’t check in after that, even though I’d already booked and paid. I ended up losing the booking. They should offer check-in at any time and provide a branch reception number so guests can confirm arrangements more easily.
