The location is the main thing this hotel has going for it. The building and bathroom were extremely dirty. The sink didn't work, the drain looked like it had never been cleaned, and the toilet was stained. The bed itself was clean but uncomfortable, and I had to switch rooms because a spring was poking through the bedding. There were cockroaches and other bugs getting in through unsealed vents. The vents also wouldn't close, and with the basketball courts right outside, it was very loud. The staff were friendly enough, though I didn't feel welcome, and the WiFi kept cutting out. The price was the only other redeeming part, but it was still more than I paid at another, much cleaner Jakarta hotel with working facilities. Unless you really need a budget place, do yourself a favor and pay a little more to stay somewhere else.

The amenities were nice, and both the place and shower were clean. But the check-in timing was inconvenient: arriving late was a problem, and checking in early wasn't possible.

The place was cozy and clean, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Good value for the money. I'd recommend it and would stay again. Thanks, Reddoorz.

They even had a phone charger available if you forgot yours. The staff were friendly, the price was affordable, and the location and surroundings were great.
