The room design was nice, the place had greenery and a good rooftop view, and some staff seemed to try hard even if they weren't professional. But I've never seen as many rats anywhere else in Jakarta. The owner did nothing about them, with no traps, poison, or pest control. An older staff member also lectured my wife about raising our child instead of doing her actual canteen and kitchen cleaning duties. Public areas were poorly kept, and I saw them wet-cleaned only once in two months. They supplied two bottles of drinking water a day, but no other room amenities: no cups, glasses, kettle, or cutlery, though there was a fridge.

Rodents were roaming around, and the place wasn't very tidy. It's tucked into a corner, so getting a taxi there is difficult. There are better places nearby, so choose carefully.

For a low-cost stay in Kuningan, this was good value. The service was good, parking was very spacious, and getting to Kuningan was easy.

Don't trust them if you book online. When I arrived to stay, they told me they'd already rented my room to someone else. It was 2 a.m., and we had no idea where to go. It left a really bad impression.

The room was okay and the service average. It's a convenient base for getting around central Jakarta, though the road in is narrow and the street gets dark at night.
