I found bed bugs in my bed, but the staff refused to move me to another room. They were very rude.

Pretty decent for a short stay, and one of the better RD options. The room was clean and tidy, the smart TV was very nice for YouTube, and it included Transvision without movie channels. Mas Yayan at reception was very nice. The downsides: smokers can't smoke in any of the rooms, the toilet can smell really bad, and it gets very noisy from 5/6am, especially on the first floor. A few mosquitoes were annoying too.
