For four nights, the stay was pretty good and didn't disappoint. The hotel is a bit old, but still in good shape. The room, especially the bathroom, was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was okay, and the price felt fair for what you get. Thank you.

My room took longer than expected to cool down, so I hope the hotel can improve the air conditioning. Apart from that, I had a great stay at Hotel Rivoli Jakarta, with a clean room, a nice atmosphere, and professional staff. Mr. Sofyan from the Front Office team deserves special thanks. When I asked if my room had a window, he surprised me by upgrading me to a larger room with one. That made me much more comfortable. He was friendly, helpful, and responsible throughout my stay. Thanks to him and the Rivoli team for making the visit more enjoyable. I'd definitely consider coming back.

The hotel's location makes it handy for a short Jakarta visit. Pasar Senen Station is about a 15-minute walk away, and the Pal Putih Transjakarta bus stop is just steps from the hotel. There's also a beautiful view at the end of the hallway. We ran into a few small problems: water pooled in the bathroom, especially near the sink, and there was a musty smell when we first came into the room. Some furniture looked a little worn, though not badly, and the walls didn't block much noise from the neighboring room. The TV remote buttons were hard to press. We called to complain about it but didn't get a response. If these things are sorted out, I'd recommend the hotel for a longer stay too, not just one night.

After spending a month visiting Jakarta, I found this one of the best deals in the city. The location is great, and the place is comfortable and clean. Maya and ba sofyan the manager treated me very well and gave good service. I'd recommend it!
