I arranged 18 rooms for a transit stop between Jakarta and Bandung. The staff made it all easy and were very helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend the hotel.

My check-in was smooth, and the staff were really nice. The room was clean and smelled fresh, the AC was icy cold in a good way, and they supplied two towels, a toothbrush, two bottles of water and tissues. The bathroom was clean and had hot water. WiFi was very stable, though you'll need your own Netflix subscription if you want to watch something. The place isn't soundproof at all. At 3 a.m. I could still hear music blasting from some room, no idea which one. Also, as more reviews have appeared, people have said they were fined for sheet stains they insist they didn't make. I'd suggest filming a really detailed room tour as soon as you arrive, just in case the stains were already there. Hope that helps anyone planning a stay.

I stayed one night. The room and bathroom were clean and well looked after, and everything worked. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Getting to the location was a little tricky.

Fine for a one-night stay. The rooms are small and the place is hard to get to, but everything else was good.

The service was excellent. The Google Maps pin is a bit off, though.
