OYO 90743 Kartini Populer

The rules are unclear. I booked, got to the place, and was told there was no room because it was full. The app keeps showing availability while the price changes every minute. Please be careful choosing this place, since there seems to be no follow-up between the app and the property, and many people have been affected.

There’s no way to get some quiet here. People chat, shout, and show PDA outside the room, and the boarding house guard doesn’t enforce quiet rules. It’s noisy like a rented house, so I wouldn’t recommend it for introverts.

I was turned away when I tried to check in through the app. They said the OYO app price wasn’t valid and that they no longer used OYO, even though the building still had the OYO logo out front and the property was still listed in the app. Then they asked me to pay extra at the on-site rate. Poor service. If they’ve stopped using OYO, they should remove the property information and listing from the app. Thank you.

They answered the phone with “Huh?”, “Oh, really?” and “Yeah, why?” Then they said they wouldn’t accept an Oyo booking under 100,000 Rupiah, even though it was still listed in the app. I’d already paid 72,000 Rupiah there, but they refused it and wouldn’t refund me. Good luck with your 70,000 Rupiah.
