For 300k, I got a deluxe room with a balcony and 19 sqm of space, so the value was good. The room was spacious, the bed was nice, water pressure was good, and I liked the 40" TV and the balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and even used ozone and perfume to reduce the smoking smell in the toilet. There were still some issues: the basement parking is very steep, and even though I booked non-smoking, the room smelled like a smoking room, especially the toilet. The hot water was cold in the morning, and the AC wasn’t very cold during the day. I’d rate it 3.5 overall. The price makes it a no-brainer for five stars apart from that, but management should pay attention to keeping smoking and non-smoking rooms separate. Recommended overall.

The location is perfect, close to everything. The room design was quite good, though the room was a little dirty. The AC wasn’t cool and there was no water heater. There’s no Netflix or cable TV, which I didn’t expect much at this price, but there are better options in this price range. It could be better.

The location was actually quite good, but the place felt poorly maintained. I waited a long time for someone to come to reception. The receptionist spoke English, which was nice, but she was extremely rude. Cell reception is poor, so Wi-Fi matters, but it was slow and kept disconnecting. This isn’t suitable for a business traveler. The mattress was okay, though the pillows were uncomfortable. The sheets had all kinds of stains, including blood, which was pretty disgusting. The AC barely worked in the room, and the small waiting area had no AC. It also didn’t seem accessible for people with disabilities. I’m not sure whether extra water bottles are available, and the ones provided were half the size of bottles at other hotels. The shower head needs replacing, and the area around the AC looked like it was missing a cover. If you’re used to a lower standard of living, it might do, but the residences need better upkeep.

The good points were the central location, a quiet neighborhood near a mall and places to eat, and a good bed. The building looks nice, but it isn’t cared for well. The outdoor water heater unit was leaking, the parking area was a bit dirty, and cleaning gear was left everywhere instead of being stored. There were so many mosquitoes in the room that I had to borrow mosquito spray. The AC unit wasn’t properly covered either. The employees seemed tired and responded lazily to guest needs. On the first day I asked to move to the second floor, but was told the water heater was broken. One day they didn’t clean the room even though we’d asked. Another time they were too lazy to fetch the hair dryer from someone else’s room. I ordered breakfast for the second day, but they served it on the first day. I wouldn’t stay again unless it was urgent.
