Most rooms don't have windows, which is disappointing for the price, though we managed. The bathroom and shower were nice, and I liked that they take the no-smoking policy seriously. The room is basic, with very little space to walk beside the cramped bed, but it's manageable for a simple rest. Check the sheets when you arrive, since they'll charge you for any new stains.

For this location, it's a good place. Sadly, when I booked a Sans Hotel in a different location, the room there wasn't this good.

In Kelapa Gading, this is a great hotel to stay at. It’s easy to stay here flexibly, and it's close to the convention store and the mall 👍🏻✨

The room is too small for a reasonable price, and the staff are rude. There are too many rules and fines if something gets stained. There's no elevator, and it's noisy in the morning with people chatting and shouting. The towels and sheets are dirty and shabby too. Thank you.
