Sans Hotel Max Living Cengkareng

I couldn’t sleep at all. People shouted through the night, and neither the staff nor security did anything about it. It was a terrible night before my flight to Belitung. Don’t stay there. I’m used to Bali noise, but this was on another level when it came to ignoring people who were trying to sleep.

I booked it for a long layover because it’s near the airport and had good reviews, but I was disappointed. The room wasn’t fully dark at night since corridor light came in through the glass panel above the door. It was dirty too, with spiderwebs, lots of dust and garbage on the floor. Wi-Fi kept appearing and disappearing every 2-5 minutes, so there was no stable connection. There was just one towel for two people and no toilet paper. The water came in glass bottles left on an open balcony in the hot sun. I’m worried about legionella or other bacteria in those conditions. I’d rather they provide no water than treat guests this way. The price is low, but the drawbacks outweigh that. The place is new, yet service and maintenance are pretty poor.

The receptionist had no service mindset, and the service was very poor. They should replace the receptionist, it would make the hotel much better.
