Night parking is a real struggle because too many cars are allowed in. Management registers new cars even when there isn’t enough space, and the attendants direct people to park somewhere that the morning shift later reprimands them for using. Center Park and the management are both bad and useless. You can see my video with a direct statement from management.

I’ve paid my IPL without any trouble, but the facilities still haven’t been repaired and the CCTV was down. My car was hit months ago. The apartment said it would compensate me, but every time I follow up, I’m told it’s still being processed. This has dragged on for months. I’ve been patient, but they’re playing around. If they don’t respond soon, I’ll make this go viral on social media and may report them for unsuitable housing and fraud.

I’m very disappointed by the technical staff member named Soni. His attitude was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. Residents pay IPL (Income Insurance) fees regularly, so we expect staff we deal with directly to be polite and professional, not behave like thugs. Management should act firmly and improve staff training in service ethics. This kind of conduct harms the service’s overall image and shouldn’t spread to other staff.
