Swiss-Belinn Kemayoran Jakarta

We really liked the city view, especially from our non-smoking room. The only thing that got on our nerves was the AC noise, which was noticeable now and then. The place was clean, and the staff were very helpful. They even called our room after check-in to see how things were going, which made us feel well looked after. A pleasant stay, thank you ☺️

I especially appreciated Sintia at the front office. She was professional, friendly, and attentive, and made me feel valued throughout my stay at Swiss-Belinn Kemayoran. The welcome was warm, and service across the hotel was consistently attentive and courteous. The iftar deal at a special price was a lovely touch. There was a wide choice of delicious dishes, all well prepared and nicely presented. Dining was a highlight. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and the hospitality and food made the stay memorable. I'd recommend it for a comfortable, welcoming stay in Jakarta, and I'm looking forward to coming back.

Breakfast was served outdoors by the pool, and the menu changed each day. I appreciated the variety and the fried noodles made to order, though the food tasted fairly average. The pastries were set up in a separate room, quite a walk from the main dishes. I stayed for five days while attending an event at JIEXpo. The hotel ran a convenient shuttle to and from the venue. Grab was easy to get for other trips around the city, and Bluebird taxis were sometimes waiting outside. The room was comfortable and well maintained. Being right in the city made getting around easy. Good for event attendees, and comfortable too.

We loved the spacious, spotless room and the really comfortable bed. Check-in through check-out, the service was excellent. The location made it easy to get around. Definitely coming back.
