The food was great, and the shower had a more serious problem: the water pressure would suddenly drop, leaving me waiting several minutes for it to run properly again. The hot water stopped working when that happened. My deluxe room also felt cramped, more like a superior room. The two taller, older-looking security staff with larger builds didn't show much hospitality. When I went to get my car key, they were laughing and talking loudly instead of behaving as you'd expect in hospitality. They weren't exactly unfriendly, but that felt inappropriate in front of guests. At checkout they made no move to help with luggage until we'd left the lobby and reached the parking area. They also didn't manage traffic or stop other cars so our taxi could pass, just stood there chatting. The smaller-built security guard was excellent, with a great attitude and a clear understanding of hospitality. Security staff should be hired or trained to meet those standards and avoid coming across as unprofessional.

Alhamdulillah, I had such a wonderful two-day stay at Swiss bell-in Wahid Hasyim. The room was comfortable, the servers polite, the food delicious, and the price affordable. Thank you.

The rooms are dated, and a deep clean, especially in the toilet, would help. The staff were welcoming. For the price, the location and nearby amenities make it good value, with Alfamart and McDonald's Thamrin Jaya just around the corner and a famous spa next to Hotel.

The room felt a little crowded because of its size, but it was a nice stay in central Jakarta. It was clean, the staff were humble, and the location is close to the attraction center.
