I'll be frank: I think this room is okay at 200,000 rupiah or less. If it costs more, look elsewhere. The Wi-Fi was bad, the bed was dirty as shown in my attached picture, and the room smelled strongly like a toilet. There were small cockroaches too. The air conditioner leaked. When I told a worker, he brought an extra towel to put on the floor instead of fixing it. Pretty funny. Later, with the "DONT DISTURB" tag on the doorknob, a hotel worker opened the door without knocking. After seeing me inside and that I was annoyed, he asked if I needed a towel. Funny? Haha. If you're paying more than 200,000 rupiah for this room, please avoid it and thank me later.

I've booked here twice at different times, so here's the update. Two years ago, I was turned away at check-in even though I'd booked online, and I was really disappointed. A month ago, that didn't happen: check-in was smooth and the staff were nice. Maybe management has changed. The location is perfect and the pool is wonderful, though the room views aren't good.

There are plenty of food stalls outside, so finding dinner isn't much of a problem, and the outdoor area is pleasant enough. The condominium hotel is in central Jakarta but still isn't very easy to reach. It has lots of rooms and a common room where guests can eat, but no breakfast is provided. Inside, the rooms, beds, and linen weren't very clean, and there was no Wi-Fi.

The location in the middle of the city was the only good part of this staycation. I paid around IDR. 400 thousand through an online booking app for room UG26, and the room was awful. It was dirty, smelled of cigarette smoke, had poor air quality and lighting, and a musty bathroom. Staff were unfriendly and impolite, and there was a cockroach in the room. The air didn't feel hygienic either, so you'd need to bring your own air freshener to make it a little more comfortable. Even my bathroom is a better place to sleep. One star.
