Parking is very limited, and I wouldn’t recommend living here with a pet or as a smoker. The owner originally said pets were allowed if kept in the room, and smoking was okay in the room as long as the tenant handled AC cleaning. After about three months, the owner changed their mind. You can read her response to this review, and I think it gives you a sense of the atmosphere here.

Sherly, the owner, is the best part of staying here. She’s hands-on and really helpful, and the staff always try to provide good service. There’s a small garden on the rooftop with a view, a quiet and convenient spot to work or have coffee with friends. My deposit was returned right after checkout. One of the best executive stays in the neighborhood, definitely recommend it.

For a short trip to Jakarta, this is a nice place to stay. The staff are pleasant, and they’ll clean your room every day if you request it. The bathroom is nice, and the bedroom has a small balcony. There’s plenty of parking, with CCTV around the whole area.

Once inside, the room is spacious and pretty good. You get water every day, and the room can be cleaned each morning. The place is well located, though the entrance is unusual, just a black gate marked Clover Residence. The receptionist isn’t always there, so you may need to ask security for help. Still, I’d recommend it.
