We really enjoyed staying at The Langham during our time in Jakarta with my wife. The staff made us feel welcome from arrival, and the room was comfortable, spacious, and luxurious. It had balloons and other decorations for a special occasion. Thanks to Razi for explaining everything in the room. The buffet and à la carte breakfast were excellent, and I especially liked the local dishes. I tried both pools, the one near the top floor at night and the outdoor one on the same level as Chuan spa. They’re great when it’s not too busy. I also had a barber treatment at Barberia, where I was pampered and offered drinks during the treatment. Everyone was welcoming and friendly throughout the stay, and they accommodated our requests, including a late checkout. Priya and Razi helped us with our luggage and saw us off at the ground floor. The hotel is linked to Ashta, though after closing time you have to walk around the compound to reach the hotel lobby. Jl. Senopati is within walking distance via Ashta, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars to choose from.

As a solo female traveler, I felt unsure of my surroundings at times, but the staff at The Langham made me feel welcome and safe throughout my stay in Jakarta. Hanson made check-in smooth, helped with my bags, and got a good conversation going. At checkout, Alfa quickly helped me with my bags and communicated with my driver when we ran into a language barrier. A definite 10/10 for both the facilities and the staff. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Jakarta, and I’ll be back.

The breakfast was one of the best parts of our stay, with lots of delicious choices and great quality. From check-in through checkout, the staff made us feel welcome and well looked after. We had an amazing visit at The Langham, Jakarta, and the service was exceptional. A special thanks to Priya from the Concierge team for helping as we left. He carried our suitcases and made sure everything was smoothly loaded into the car. Her friendly manner, professionalism, and willingness to help left a lasting impression. We highly recommend The Langham, Jakarta for its hospitality, service, and dining, and look forward to returning.

The room was incredible, and the staff were top tier. We’ve stayed at five star hotels around the world, and I’m a Globalist at Hyatt, but this stay still had my wife saying “wow”. The whole team made the visit special from check-in to checkout. Executive club staff Agatha and Mega did a lot to make us feel welcome. Housekeeping handled everything beautifully, from communicating about timing to turndown service and leaving special notes. Ayu and David from the concierge team arranged and booked taxis and golf for us, and Rizky at Tom’s was an outstanding host and server. This is a full-on rave for the hospitality we got throughout the stay.
