The location made it easy to explore Jakarta or get to business meetings on time, with the MRT station within walking distance. But what I'll miss most is the staff: the smiling, helpful front office, efficient housekeeping and maintenance, and the attentive, charming ladies serving breakfast. They made Fraser Residence Sudirman feel like home. I spent nearly nine weeks here and am genuinely sad to leave. The apartments can feel a little dated, though they're exceptionally clean and comfortable. The gym, sauna, tennis, paddle, and especially the Olympic-sized pool make up for anything the rooms might lack. I'd recommend Fraser Sudirman for either a short visit or a long stay in Jakarta. Seriously, do it for the pool! ;-)

Getting around was easy from here, with Sudirman and Kuningan streets nearby and the MRT just a five-minute walk away. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and very spacious, with a full kitchen set that made cooking easy. All the staff were friendly and professional. Ms. Wita, the GM, is welcoming and really makes guests feel at home.

The breakfast was great, and I loved the service. The location is strategic, too. Ms. Putri FO was so kind and helpful when she assisted me with check-in. I'll come back next time I'm in Jakarta.

Carla at the front desk made the stay memorable. She was professional, warm, and easy to talk to, and her service made the whole experience feel more personal and relaxed. The hotel itself is impressive, too.

They said they'd upgraded me to a two-bedroom room at check-in, but both rooms were locked 😂. A back door connected to a noisy floor with four rooms, and there was construction in the room next to mine, with hammering from 8 am to 6 pm. For a loud room and incompetent service, the rates felt excessive, about 25% higher than places at the same level.
