The location is the main plus, close to the station and plenty of places to eat. It could work for someone who only needs a place to sleep, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families. I booked two rooms on the RedDoorz app, but the receptionist seemed unwilling to help and said I had to pay extra because “our superior room is 150, sis.” I’ve used RedDoorz plenty of times, and expected the app discount to be honored. They first gave me the wrong room type, and it was a bad room too. I was told to move after an hour. One room was okay, but the other had broken glass in the bathroom door, with only a towel covering it. The mess area and accommodation are also mixed together, when a hallway between them would make things more comfortable.

I haven't stayed here before, but the service was terrible. The employees acted like they were at home, lying on a sofa with their legs up. There were no towels, mineral water, soap, or toothpaste. Tap water smelled, and there were lots of mosquitoes. Think twice before booking.

I've stayed here twice and found it comfortable. The AC gets really cold, the toilet is okay, and the room is clean and pleasant. The road noise is a pain, especially passing vehicles and those racing exhausts. The first time, I got lost in a narrow alley and hesitated to go in because the sign out front said “military training.” The receptionist said lots of people get lost because the maps haven't been updated. When I checked out at 6 am, the receptionist lost it, and my ID ended up missing, so I left it there and only got it back the next day. Funny experience, really.

The rooms are roomy enough for one person or a family, and the place is clean and affordable. It’s near the city center, too. Security seemed fine, since it’s together with the ARMED OFFICERS' MESSAGE. People often mistake it for an Army officer’s place because there’s no Urbanview sign, just the officers’ mess. I’d recommend it for travelers looking for a longer stay.
