The noise really depends on the night. Thursday was bad, but Friday was fine, and it seems to vary with whatever music the neighbors are playing. The staff were nice, though they couldn't fix the problem, which I understand was outside their control. I was on the 7th floor, the highest one, and could still hear and feel the bass from the club across the street. I couldn't sleep, so I called the front desk and they moved me. Five minutes later I called again, but was told the hotel was fully booked and nothing else could be done. Keep that in mind if you need a quiet night.

The main downside was the noise through the window. We could hear the Japanese restaurant next door calling out names. The cafe staff were very friendly, more so than the FO staff, and breakfast was delicious. The room size was fine, with a comfortable bed, working air conditioning, basic bathroom amenities, and good water pressure. The hotel sits right in the heart of Blok M, surrounded by entertainment and viral spots.

I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the entertainment area next door, even with the windows shut. The recording was taken after 2 a.m. The Wi-Fi also didn't work at all, and when I asked staff to fix it, they did nothing. I won't stay here again. The rooms were clean and the hotel is right in central Blok M, but there was no refrigerator or hair dryer, as with many hotels here.

There isn't any parking at the hotel, so you have to park outside and pay by the hour through the Blok M Square ticket. The location is right in Blok M: walk out and you're at Block M Square, with the famous Nikudon just across the way. It's really worth it. The room was comfortable, though the AC leaked. Bathroom amenities were complete as usual, and complimentary water was provided, but there was no refillable water.
