Whiz Capsule Thamrin Jakarta

I went because of the positive reviews, but the night was a letdown. There were hairs beside the bedsheet, which was messy and stained. I asked the receptionist to clean it, but when I returned, the sheet had been changed and the hairs were still there. There was hair inside the blanket too. Awful stay.

The Wi-Fi didn't work for more than half my stay, and the room's AC was so cold that I slept in a sweatshirt. It's quiet, but you can hear everything from your room, and if someone turns on their light, you can see the effect in Photo 1. The staff are always smiling and trying to help. My bedroom and bathroom were super clean, and every day they gave me a towel, toothbrush kit, and bottle of water, even though each room has a fountain with hot and cold water. The locker is really big. I fit my 50L backpack and still had room, and there's a screen in each room. Men and women have separate rooms and bathrooms, which is nice.

Bahira made our stay so much better with all her help. I really enjoyed being here and would happily come back. Huge thanks to her!

Getting around was easy for a backpacker, with Transjakarta nearby and the KRL and MRT just a short walk away. The cabin room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were clean too. They can accommodate early check-in requests. Good value for the price, with a friendly receptionist.
