It's a basic hotel, but the team really made me feel at home. Irfan from security was helpful, and so were the front desk staff. The location is great and well connected.

The staff were extremely loud, and my single room had no windows or lights in the main room. They wouldn't let me check out early and cancel, and refused to honor a cancellation or refund. This hotel ruined my Christmas and my trip to Jakarta. It felt like a scam.

The price was super affordable and good value. Staff were amazing, and the service was fast and flawless. It's perfectly located for exploring Block M.

My single room had a bed for one person and no window, but it was fairly spacious and had a smart TV with YouTube and Netflix access using your own account. The shower bathroom was also quite spacious. For a good price, it's a decent option if you only need somewhere to sleep. The location is very close to Blok M Plaza and the bus station, and Google Maps showed an eight-minute walk to mbloc.

The staff were amazing, really nice and relaxed. The rooms were clean, with a nice bed and good internet. I found the single room very claustrophobic because it had no window, so I moved to a twin room that did have one. My friends were in a twin room without a window, though. For me, a room with no window is a definite no. Breakfast looked nice, but I didn't choose it because I prefer the traditional breakfast from my country, Portugal.
