The rainbow room had four beds and was fun for someone like me who loves colorful things. It didn't look new, but it was still fine. Taris also arranged decorations in the room, which was nice. The hotel is clearly set up to keep kids entertained. One thing to improve: the carpet had stains and should be replaced. Breakfast also needs more options for children, such as fruit, cake, or milk. We only had a choice of one main meal, either nasi gurih, an American breakfast, or rice with sausage and egg.

The city location was a downside for me: there aren't many parks or attractions nearby, and rush hour brings heavy traffic. The closest entertainment spot I could think of was PGC Cililitan Mall. Still, our two-night stay was comfortable. We had a big first-floor room right beside the pool, with room for four or more people. It'd suit families or groups, especially with kids, since there were brick-style, Lego-ish toys and costumes in the room. The resort is spacious and easy to navigate, and the facilities were well kept. I especially liked the modern, welcoming lobby. The kids' pool kept the little ones busy for hours, and the amenities provided were generous enough.

The rooms are clean, with a bathroom split into wet and dry areas, and the waterpark is close by. Its shallow water felt safe for children, and the hotel gives families of four Lego and animal-themed pajamas. Amenities are provided, but only in two packs, so you may need to ask for extra items like towels. I also wish the toilet door had a lock for privacy. The waterpark concept and design are appealing for kids, and there's plenty of parking with easy access near PGC mall. Off-peak room prices are affordable, and some rooms have two single beds plus a queen bed for four or five people. Those rooms are near the waterpark, so they're not great if you want quiet. Worth trying 😊.

The room itself was clean, well cared for, and had a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful at check-in. But at IDR1.5 mio per night for a superior double room on 18 Jan 2026, the price felt high for what the hotel offers. The water park was a major letdown because the water was very cold; warm water would make it more comfortable. First-floor rooms also get a lot of noise from kids shouting and playing nearby. Upper-floor rooms or better noise control would help. There is just one guest elevator despite the high number of visitors, so waits to go up or down can be long. Two or three elevators would make getting around easier. Breakfast was disappointing too. It wasn't a buffet, just two portions of a standard menu, and each extra portion cost IDR 50,000. The choices were limited, and there often wasn't enough mineral water because some guests took more than they ordered. The restaurant floor was dirty, with food left scattered around, and it wasn't cleaned promptly. There were very few breakfast staff, and they weren't attentive. Used plates and glasses stayed on tables, leaving arriving guests to clear them themselves. Given the limited breakfast, slow service, poor restaurant cleanliness, and elevator waits at busy times, I'd skip a room package with breakfast. Ordering food online and eating in the room seems like a better option. The room is acceptable, but the hotel needs to improve its pricing, noise management, cleanliness, restaurant service, and elevators to justify its rates.
