This is a three-story boarding house with around 30 rooms. Some rooms are a decent size, while the rest are quite small. Monthly rent is about 2.4 million rupiah for a small room and 3.2 million for a larger one. Car parking costs an extra 200k rupiah per month. Every room has a bathroom with hot and cold water, a bed (single in the small rooms, queen-sized in the larger ones), a clothes closet, a work table and chair, and a television with cable channels. Occupants pay the electricity bills.
