Dave, the Front Office Manager, followed up personally, apologised, and took time to understand what had happened. I appreciated his professionalism, empathy, and thoughtful effort to resolve it. His response made a real difference and restored my confidence in the hotel's care for guests. Thank you, Dave, for turning a difficult situation around. My original issue was with a booking for two rooms over two nights, made through an online travel agent. I knew it was non-refundable, but after a family member passed away, we asked to cancel the second night of one room and add a night to the other, since some relatives had to leave early and others had a morning flight. Management initially showed little understanding and relied strictly on the agent's no-change terms, without trying to offer flexibility or goodwill. I respect policies, but hoped an exceptional situation would be met with more compassion. The hotel itself is great, and the staff are polite and friendly. My disappointment was with management's first response.

Dwilky hijriyan, the sales executive, helped move us to a room with better ventilation, and I really want to thank him for that. We spent 12 nights here in a great central location. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast had a nice range of choices. It was a splendid visit.

The central AC was so noisy it sounded like a broken factory generator, and I couldn't sleep. We couldn't watch TV either, since the only channel was hotel information. Bad, bad, bad. Never booking with this Horison group again. 👎👎👎 I requested a non-smoking room, but they gave me a smoking room. They said they'd spray it with “something,” but of course the smoke smell was still there, and I bet it lasted until I left. VERY BAD SERVICE. 😔✨

The staff were friendly and the location is convenient for getting to the Embassy, but cockroaches and a moldy shower made this stay not worth the money. I caught three cockroaches in one night. I'd booked three nights and four days, but left after just one night. Even at a low price, I wouldn't choose to sleep with cockroaches.
