For an affordable price, this is a good choice for travelers. The location is strategic, the room was clean, and the staff were very helpful. Good job. I was very satisfied with my stay.

The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and everything tasted great. My room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from check-in through check-out. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back and recommend the hotel.

There's food all around, so you don't need a taxi to find something to eat. Just walk around and there are plenty of food providers. A note for hotel management: please replace the plastic stirrer. You've announced that you replaced plastic bottled water to cut plastic waste, so continuing to use plastic stirrers feels odd.

The hotel atmosphere felt creepy, my room smelled bad, and the service was poor. The phone in my room was broken, which made it hard to contact hotel service. On my last day there was no towel, and after I complained to reception, nothing was done. The staff coordination was really bad: when I checked out, they asked where the towel was and even checked my luggage. I appreciate the procedure, but why hadn't the earlier receptionist noted my report? It's not a big thing, but customer satisfaction should come first. I don't know why this hotel has three stars. The cost is cheap, so maybe I should have taken that into account.
