The room was large and the Wi-Fi worked well, though I’d rate cleanliness 3/5 and the bathroom 2/5. There was no shampoo or soap, a little hair on the floor, and an unpleasant smell, though it wasn’t too strong. The bigger concern came around 10:30 in the morning. My brother was asleep and I was showering when housekeeping came in and said they needed to clean the room. We thought they would only come if we asked or after checkout. They also took our room access card, which felt strange. I can’t help wondering if they were trying to make us think we’d lost it and charge us a fee. I hope they improve both the service and cleanliness. Thank you.

This was a horrible stay, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. The building and rooms are spacious, but maintenance and cleanliness were awful. The bed linen wasn’t spotless as advertised on RedDoorz, and the mattress and towels were filthy. There were mosquitoes and cockroaches everywhere, the aircon and internet were poor, and sometimes the toilets had no water for hours. Safety was also a concern: one room’s keycard could open other rooms. I’m giving one star only because the site requires it. It deserved no stars, or even minus five. Oyo and RedDoorz should check the place before recommending it.

It looks like a luxury hotel, but maintenance is very limited. The blanket, bed cover, and pillow were dirty and smelled bad.

It’s cheap, but the facilities are even cheaper. Dirty sheets and room floors, dirty toilets, and in some rooms there was no shower water. This shouldn’t be listed on online booking sites.
