There's very little parking, and nobody seems to manage it. At times, I've had to leave my car outside the shop next door or across the street. The location is convenient and the rooms are fairly clean, but the service needs improvement.

We agreed on the quoted price before trying to book two rooms. I asked if an invoice could be prepared and sent through chat, but once the booking was agreed, they wouldn't provide one for my office submission. It was a waste of time.

I've stayed here often since it first opened. It's comfortable, conveniently located, and the service is okay. I've had no problems, and they've followed the rules they set at the beginning throughout the years.

The service at Angkasa is so good, friendly, and humble, and the hotel is really comfortable. It's right in the middle of the city, close to everything. If I go to Jambi, I'll definitely stay at Angkasa, hehe🤎

It's clean overall, and the facilities are still in good shape, maybe because the place is new. Just a note, there's no hot water for bathing.
