The breakfast included in my booking was a problem. Staff told me it started at 7am, but at 7:20am there was nobody in the restaurant or at the front desk. The sahur food from 3am was still sitting in the serving pots, and there was nothing safe to eat. I had to leave for work at 8am, so I couldn’t wait around to complain and get something to eat. At checkout, staff said there was food and pointed to empty containers. Don’t count on an early breakfast during Ramadan. The room also needs attention. It smelled of smoke, the mattress sank because its springs had given up, and the bathroom was musty and worn out. At least the room staff had clearly tried their best to clean it. The hotel is old and badly needs renovation. If you can book somewhere else, don’t stay here.

There’s a free shuttle to the airport, and the hotel is close to both airports and the city. The front desk staff were very welcoming. My room was comfortable, the lighting was good, and breakfast was basic but tasty. I’d call it a pretty good 3 star hotel. The elevators and room furniture need improvement, as both seem really old.

The staff are very friendly, and they can even provide free transport to the airport. My room was fairly large and clean, but the hotel itself feels nice yet old and really needs a full renovation to look better. Breakfast was very standard and could be improved. It also feels overpriced compared with hotels of the same class in Jambi City.

The bed was comfortable to sleep in, and the toiletries were good. The location is fairly nice, close to public Mart. Breakfast was so-so. The room was okay, but the toilet closet shook when I sat on it, which made me nervous to use.
