I loved the green color scheme and the room design. It’s an incredible hotel, and the staff are friendly and really helpful. I’d definitely come back!

The room and bathroom were clean, though both felt a bit old. The sheets and pillow were also a little old, but still clean. The location is great, and the receptionist and staff were very friendly and helpful. Great job, keep it up.

The breakfast was pretty decent, though there weren't many choices. I had to walk up to the fourth floor because there's no elevator. The toilet water smelled funky, too. The staff were rude and inflexible when I wanted to pay the Rp500,000 deposit by card. Their EDC machine wasn't working, so they told me to find an ATM and withdraw cash. That deposit seems a bit much when there's no mini bar or anything like that in the room.

The bed was clean and soft, and I slept well. Even though Evan Hotel Jambi is on the main road, it was quiet. It's a small, minimalist hotel, but it looked neat and comfortable. I was in Jambi for a family event, and my family suggested staying here because it was the best and nearest hotel to the event location. It's easy to reach by taxi from Sultan Thaha Airport, Jambi. Breakfast included traditional food like fried noodles, fried rice, and porridge, plus sweet and salty traditional snacks, hot tea, and coffee.

I stayed from 3rd June until today, 6th June. The receptionist was polite, the room was clean and cleaned daily, and all the staff were kind and polite to customers. Good hotel.
