The room was roomy and neat, and the bed made it easy to get proper rest. I also liked the varied breakfast and the hotel facilities. The whole place felt modern, clean, and well looked after. Cindi at the front office deserves a special mention. She was warm, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I needed something, and check-in with her went smoothly. The staff were friendly and professional throughout. I had a really comfortable stay at Aston Hotel Jambi and would gladly recommend it.

I found plenty of good food at the hotel, and the meals were flavorful and satisfying. There are also lots of restaurants nearby, an easy walk away. The room had a lovely view over Jambi, especially at night, and there was plenty of space to relax. The price felt very reasonable for the location and comfort. I had a pleasant stay at Aston Jambi Hotel and would consider coming back, whether for work or a leisure trip.

Cindi was so kind and helpful, which made my stay even nicer. The room was comfortable and clean, and Aston Jambi is in a really convenient spot. I’d happily come back. Definitely recommend it.

Mas Edo made our meals more enjoyable with his helpful, attentive service and friendly manner. He was great with us from the start of our stay through to the end. We had a wonderful time at Aston Jambi Hotel and highly recommend it.

The conference room was well lit and had good sound, and my room was fairly spacious with a proper desk for working. It was a good business stay overall. The downside was the elevators: only two of the three were working, and one of those was for staff only. I ended up waiting longer to get to and from my room.
