RedDoorz Syariah near Tugu Juang Jambi

I’d like the hotel management to consider returning my money. I was made to book two rooms, even though I’d often booked one room for two adults before, with the same room size and no problem. The hotel uses the name “Syariah,” but its practices don’t seem to match. Please don’t be unjust, especially during the holy month of Ramadan, when deeds are multiplied. I hope you’ll consider my request. Thank you.

I won’t book here again. They advertise rooms as available and a 24-hour reception, but my experience didn’t match either claim. I arrived at 4:30 in the morning for a night’s booking, hoping to wait inside, check in early, or book a room for the night I’d arrived. Agoda still showed a room available. At the hotel, though, there was only a closed gate, with no lobby or reception. An employee said I couldn’t wait inside or check in, and also said they were fully booked, despite Agoda’s listing. The employee apologized and offered a fee-free cancellation, giving me a contact number. Later, when I asked Agoda to cancel without charge, they said they would contact the hotel because the decision was theirs. Days passed, then the hotel told me Agoda had supposedly never reached out, so they couldn’t confirm the free cancellation. I don’t believe that. I’ve never had such bad hotel service.

The best.

Handy, cheap place to stay during a trip, especially for a transit stop. The room conditions were better than I expected for the price.
