The service was terrible, and the place was dirty. The AC leaked, the water was leaking too, the toilet was broken, and nobody ever cleaned the room. What kind of hotel is this? I wouldn't recommend it.

For such a low price, I think the facilities are pretty decent. It felt clean, comfortable, and safe, and there's been a lot of renovation and change. The TV and AC work, and the shower has both hot and cold water.

The hotel itself is good for the price, and the facilities and cleanliness are fine. The service is the problem. Some reception staff are collecting 100 thousand rupiah per night from guests who exceed the number booked, without offering an extra bed or giving an official receipt. I was told by hotel management that there is no such policy. Please take action against these staff, because this could hurt the hotel's credibility.
