The app price and the amount charged at check-in don't match. They still ask for another 100,000 IDR per room, much like the Sharia hotel that's been going viral lately. Using the Sharia name again while the app contract says something different is crazy. Avoid staying here if you don't want that extra charge.

Inside, there was plenty of space to relax and it looked lovely. The deluxe room itself was just average, though: no shower, and neither the toilet seat nor the bidet worked. It was still comfortable enough, almost like home. One heads-up about booking: I normally use Pintu Merah, but chose Oyo this time because Google showed it near the airport and the price looked cheap. I'd already paid in the app, then got hit with a much higher price and had to add another 100. It felt like a prank.

I ended up paying Rp 200,000, even though the app listed Rp 80,000. At the hotel they asked for another Rp 100,000, then Rp 20,000 more because there were two of us. I was far from the city after taking a shuttle and needed to head to Jakarta, so I couldn't be bothered finding another place and had to stay the night. OYO management should check why the app price differs from the real one. The promotion in the app is invalid. I hope management follows up.
