The room itself was comfortable, clean, and good quality, and the floors stayed clean even though we took our shoes off inside. But our stay with the kids got off to a rough start. At check-in, the receptionist seemed indifferent and didn’t stand up to greet us. The water was out when we arrived, so we couldn’t shower until that night, and it went off again the next day before checkout. 🤦♂️ We also found dirty drawers that seemed to have been left uncleaned. They should check more carefully, including underneath where it’s easy to miss.

I’ve stayed here three times now, and for 100-130 it feels well worth it. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a TV and AC, and I like the hallway and the evening view. Room 207 had no hot water on my last visit, but 209 has it this time. I first booked on the third floor, though on later stays I’ve always ended up on the second. Thanks, near Simpang Rimbo, keep it up.

The deluxe room is up on the third floor, and there’s no elevator, which makes going up and down a hassle. Otherwise, it’s not bad.

The parking area feels cramped, and red ants keep biting your feet. The third floor also has a somewhat spooky atmosphere.
